Design/Build

This 7,100 sf mixed practice provides small animal and equine medicine as well as small animal boarding. It is a full service small animal hospital but its in-house equine is primarily outpatient and diagnostic, though its 3 stalls provide for some inpatient medical care. Two stocks are provided in the treatment room, and access to imaging services is adjacent. A private consult room is available for equine clients.

The small animal hospital contains 4 exam rooms, a 3-table treatment room, double surgery, and separate canine/feline wards. A glass-enclosed ICU and isolation ward provide separate critical care medical wards.

The boarding wing provides 11 indoor/outdoor runs, 6 indoor only runs and 3 canine luxury suites. A feline boarding room provides 12 condos adjacent to a spacious window wall.
